We are writing to you today with a simple message: You are loved. Loved perfectly by God, and loved (although imperfectly) by the churches of Salmon Arm. You aren’t loved because of what you have or haven’t done. In fact, God sees us at our worst, and still loves us. Because of his love, God sent his Son Jesus to live on this earth and die for us.
As Tim Keller, a pastor in New York, says, “The good news is this: We are more flawed in ourselves than we ever dared believe, yet at the very same time we are more loved and accepted in Jesus Christ than we ever dared hope.” God knows what each of us has been experiencing through COVID: the loneliness, the fatigue, the frustrations, the anger, and the moments we blew it. He knows all that we are still going through. And in the same way that he showed his love for people when he walked the earth, he cares for us now and can help.
Anyone who wants to experience God’s love can. If you are interested, we would be happy to talk with you or could send more information.
With love, The Churches of the Salmon Arm Ministerial
